Always Be Yourself at Any Age

I have always been young at heart, vibrant, and spirited with a positive attitude. Some people have mistaken my outwardness as fake. I can’t concern myself with what other people think. That’s wasted time and energy.  Knowing the life I’ve had, the struggles I’ve faced and overcome, the sad and happy moments, I am still going to be myself, well into my 70s.

It’s okay to have a bad day. It’s okay to get pissed off! It’s okay to be sad and sometimes lonely. But, whatever you do, at any age, BE YOURSELF!

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.  Rudyard Kipling
