FACE FACTS
When I was homeless and living in St. Augustine, Florida, I lived on the St. John River. It was a quiet, restful place which allowed me to hear the still voice in my head telling me to “face facts”. At 60, I was in the fourth quarter of my life and it was time for a change. With spiritual guidance, faith, obedience and trust, I was able to secure a job at 60 and retire at 66. I FACED FACTS!
We as women in our 50s and 60s have lived long enough to have experienced some type of adversity in our lives. In all situations, at some point we have to face the facts, in order to resolve and move forward.
Face the facts of being what you are, for that is what changes what you are. Soren Kierkegaard
