On Memorial Day weekend, I was searching for a place for my brother and I to have dinner. Going to Yelp, we found a Vegan vegetarian spot for my brother and a chicken place for me at The Chattahoochee Food Works. I ordered the fried pickles, fried chicken po’boy with home-made chips. One way to judge a sandwich is by the sauce. Delilah’s po’boy included a zesty sauce and the chicken pieces were very moist and well seasoned.
Jason Reeves is the proprietor and was gracious enough to spend them talking with me about Delilahs. In today’s work climate, getting and keeping good, loyal staff is becoming harder and harder. Mr. Reeves is fortunate in that he has a dedicated crew serving up delicious food. I was impressed to learned that Mr. Reeves teenage son is working in the restaurant for the summer, make it a “family affair”!
